Job Title Executive Warehouse
Work Location (Selangor - USJ Warehouse, Subang)
Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the Warehouse Operations Team (Goods Receipt, Pick & Pack and Goods Issue) to ensure material movements and documents are handled correctly, accurately and timely.
- To uphold the Standard Operating Procedures by ensuring that all Operation functions are performed according to the established Standard Operating Procedures.
- To perform periodic Warehouse Space Planning activity in order to optimize warehouse space.
- To identify, analyze and implement counter measures on warehouse issues such as inventory discrepancies, process non compliance, safety and security matters.
- To be responsible and accountable for Warehouse Housekeeping, Safety of material handling and Security of stock stored in Maxis Warehouses.
- To manage and maintain warehouse equipments, tools and packaging materials to ensure smooth operations without incurring downtime.
- A diploma/degree in Logistics and Warehousing, Admin/Business Studies or equivalent, with experience ranging from 3 -5 years with good warehousing knowledge
- Strong people management and development skills.
- Possess good communication skills i.e. spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good analyzing skills and knowledge in SAP or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Forklift, Safety, Health and Environment knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Possess good knowledge in Warehouse Space Management.
