Job Title Customer Care Consultant ( Mahkota Parade, Melaka )
Work Location (Melaka - Mahkota Parade Maxis Centre)
Responsibilities:
- Act as direct liaison between Maxis and our customers in a friendly and pleasant manner
- Provide superior customer service assistance by attending to customer’s general inquiries and resolving customer’s complaints
- Provide excellent after sales service by building strong rapport with potential and existing customers
- Respond to customer’s feedback promptly and in a positive manner
- Perform cross-selling activity by educating customers with Maxis products & services
- Attentive to customer’s needs and provide the best solutions that cater customer’s requirements
Requirements:
- Fresh Degree / Diploma holders ( in any field ) with passion into customer service role are encourage to apply
- SPM with minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in servicing industry can also be considered
- Pleasant / out-going personality, approachable with positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Applications and key-boarding skills
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and on shift basis
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen
