Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts – Group Sustainability & Quality Management
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist the Group Deployment Champion in the evolution process for Lean Six Sigma (LSS) as a strategic initiative for the Group.
  • Design the Group LSS program including the roadmap, deployment plan and the establishment of a LSS culture for the Group.
  • Deploy the LSS policy and road map to Sustainable Excellence.
  • Provide active leadership and support to the Divisions of the Group and business support areas in Head Office as they deploy LSS methodology to achieve operations excellence.
  • Develop infrastructure tools and supporting materials and conduct workshops that foster the cross functional deployment of LSS.
  • Ensure consistent and rigorous operations excellence methodology is deployed and executed across the Group.
  • Plan the development and control of training curricula and training for LSS Champions, Project Sponsors, Process Owners, Black Belts, Green Belts and Yellow/White Belts of the Group
  • Train and coach the Belters on LSS project management to deliver results.
  • Track and monitor the performances of the LSS deployment in the Group.
  • Deploy sustainable excellence using the LSS methodology.
  • Benchmark performance management practices against industry best and provide recommendation on enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business or technical discipline
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Six Sigma Master Black Belt with Lean Methodology Black Belt certification.
  • At least 8 years of working experience of which a minimum of 5 years of practical experience on Lean Six Sigma with demonstrated process improvement experience and a track record of successfully closed Lean Six Sigma projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership qualities
  • Strong presentation abilities
  • Must be a creative thinker and excellent team player
  • Able to work independently and display initiative in coordinating and completing activities
