Costing Executive
(Selangor - Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
- Perform product costing for new product development, promotional products & review costing on existing products.
- Perform landed cost calculation for imported products
- Responsible for controlling master data resource codes, activation and deletion functions
- Responsible for master data maintenance in SAP system and to check accuracy and completeness of master data for all cross functional views
- Perform IBR calculation for exports to inter-companies
- Closely monitor and review variances in sub-con account
- Perform month end closing activities and timely reporting of actual results
- Perform year end closing activities such as material price upload and standard cost roll up.
- Proactively provide ongoing, timely, accurate financial analysis of key business drivers: Forex, commodity etc. Maintain active folio of risk and opportunities
- Monthly reviews, investigations and reports to management on significant factory variances against standards
- Ensure compliance with Kraft policies and procedures
- Review of internal audit evaluation report and follow-up on the implementation of recommendation from time to time.
- Liaise with external professionals such as auditors, tax agents and other local regulatory bodies, to address key issues arising from statutory reporting and taxation matters.
- Supporting production users on SAP system and available reports
- Able to handle other ad hoc task and assignment as and when required
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance and/or professional qualification.
- Preferably more than 3 years experience in Accounting function
- Exposure in using Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in SAP Accounting system
- Possess knowledge of product costing in manufacturing industry
